Bill O’Reilly is a partner at the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, LLP.  Bill, who is based in WilmerHale’s Boston office, has a broad background in real estate finance, investment and land use law.  He represents investors in real estate projects throughout the U.S., and is counsel to a number of non-profit institutions in New England.  Bill is an elected Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Bill is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Tufts University, President of the Board of Trustees of Beaver Country Day School in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and a member of the Board of Directors of Tufts Hillel.

Bill earned his B.A. summa cum laude with special honors from Tufts, and a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgetown Law Journal.   He is a longtime member of the Tufts University Alumni Association, and served as its President from 2000-2002.  He is a recipient of the Alumni Association’s Distinguished Service Award.  He was elected to the Tufts Board of Trustees in 2004.
