Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee is responsible for ensuring the ongoing development and review of a system of job descriptions, classifications, salary ranges, and performance reviews. It considers and advises the Board of Trustees on systems and procedures for executive development. The committee also reviews the salary of employees with significant management responsibility.
