Michael Rodman, Vice President for Communications and Marketing

Vice President for Communications and Marketing Michael Rodman oversees the university’s public relations, editorial, marketing, and communications efforts. Prior to joining Tufts University in August 2018, Michael served as the assistant dean for communications and marketing at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where his team was responsible for the school’s website, social media channels, magazine, media relations, crisis communications, and school-wide marketing efforts.

Previously, Michael served as assistant director of communications at Harvard Law School and as a speechwriter/researcher for U.S. Representative Steny Hoyer in the Committee on House Administration. Michael has a B.A. in political science from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
