Lili Palacios-Baldwin, Vice President and General Counsel

Lili Palacios-Baldwin serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Tufts University. Lili began her legal career at Robinson & Cole LLP, where her practice focused on land use, real estate, and labor and employment law. She then served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for almost 10 years, the last few as a senior trial attorney. After her service with the EEOC, she worked in private practice with Hirsch Roberts Weinstein LLP, a labor, employment, and litigation firm with a higher education focus. She joined the Tufts University Office of University Counsel in 2013.
Lili’s commitment to both the legal profession and nonprofit sector is demonstrated through her active involvement in the Boston Bar Association (BBA), the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), and the Mindfulness in Law Society, among other organizations.
Lili holds degrees from the Johns Hopkins University and Northeastern University School of Law. She is also a graduate of the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda.
