Meet Our New Trustees

At the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees Eileen A. Aptman and Ancy Verdier, D.M.D. were elected Charter Trustees for a term of five years commencing November 7, 2020, and ending in November 2025. The Alumni Association elected Doug Harris as an Alumni Trustee in April 2020.

Eileen A. Aptman, J90
Ms. Aptman is the Chief Investment Officer for Belfer Management LLC, a family investment firm that emphasizes energy, real estate,
financial services and certain consumer-facing businesses. Prior to joining Belfer Management LLC, Ms. Aptman managed the small
and midcap value investment strategy in the Asset Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Read full biography.

Doug Harris, A81
Douglas “Doug” Harris, A81, is the founder and CEO of Chicago-based Kaleidoscope Group, a consulting firm, specializing in
the area of inclusivity, diversity, cultural change, and organizational development. He co-founded the company, initially named
Bea Young & Associates, in 1993 and in 2003, bought out the other co-founder and subsequently gave the company
its current name.

Ancy Verdier, D.M.D., A96, D03, DG06
Ancy Verdier is the founder of Worcester Periodontics, a private dental practice, where he practices periodontology and
implant dentistry. The practice was founded in 2014 and offers comprehensive periodontal and endodontic services. He
is also a partner at the Bedi Dental Group, which currently owns and operates multiple dental practices in Massachusetts,
and is a frequent speaker at national dental meetings and oral health seminars.
