Community Meetings | 2022
As one way of soliciting feedback from the community, the Presidential Search Committee will meet with approximately 14 Tufts community constituencies over the next two months.
At each of those meetings, a few committee members as well as representatives from Isaacson, Miller, and the Office of the Trustees will be in attendance.
The committee will use the feedback from these meetings to develop an “Opportunity and Challenge Profile” to be shared with prospective candidates and to establish the criteria for
evaluating candidates’ skills and experience.
You will receive an email invitation on behalf of the Presidential Search Committee to attend a community meeting.
In advance of the meeting, the committee invites you to consider the following questions:
- How is Tufts positioned today?
- As you look forward, what are the most important things you want the next president to preserve?
- What are the seemingly intractable problems that Tufts must begin to make progress on?
- What must the next president do to be genuinely successful at Tufts?
